C'est ma 1re table de cuisson. Utilisée depuis peu de semaines, je dois encore l'apprivoiser. Surtout pour les liquides... Je m'attendais à ce que l'eau, les sauces, soupes, etc. bouillent plus rapidement. Mais au risque de me répéter, je ne peux comparer cet article avec d'autres marques. Autrement dit, c'est peut-être tout à fait normal (ce type de cuisson et de puissance). Facile à nettoyer!!! Ah.....

Tim: This works great! Used for some compatible non-stick pans and cast iron skillets and it heats up so quickly. Took only a few seconds before I can drop a little water onto the pan and it would sizzle. Works great to keep my stove range's surface from the cast iron pan's bottom scratching the ceramic top.

Sherri W.: We are full-time this summer in our motorhome. Pulling up every week or so to get on-board propane is not something we wanted to do. Somebody in a social media post recommended this and so I bought it before our adventure started. I did need to get a couple of key pieces of induction cookware, but this stores nicely in our super-micro-sized oven and makes cooking every day much easier. Gives us choices besides the microwave, crockpot, grill, or fire pit.
I do wish you could adjust the temp better. It has presets and sometimes 176 isn't hot enough but 212 is too hot.
Having the ability to adjust the wattage was a key feature for my purchase and we have not blown the power pole fuse once while using this (we do turn off the AC and Electric Hot Water heater, just so we aren't tempting fate).

Jetsue: I purchased this cook-top to use with my generator due to many power outages. It boils water rapidly and it heats up quickly. Very easy to clean. When I removed it from the box, the small rubber feet below the cook-top fell off. Make sure to check that the rubber feet are there. They are not well fastened into their slot. The cook-top uses allot of wattage on high power. Make sure either your electrical panel or generator can manage the wattage. The sound of the fan in the cook-top is loud. So don't be surprised. I love that once I'm finished using it, that it cools down rapidly. So no chance of accidental burns. I recommend this cook-top

Vladimir Ferdman: Technically, this burner is okay. It creates fast and powerful, though small radius heat in a steel vessel. It seems to be very well made and sports a sleek design to look at. However, in everyday kitchen use it has terrible manners. It beeps every time you touch it! PLEASE! manufacturers, provide an option to turn off the beep. It's super annoying to so many people, yet most of these gadgets beep if you look at them. Not necessary. Another, even bigger UI mistake is touch control buttons. Makes me wonder if anyone actually tested this thing in the kitchen. I brush against the "MAX" button inadvertently and my eggs are burned! There is a lock function, but locking and unlocking the UI every time you need to adjust heat is silly and not going to happen. Another really bad sin of this device is at max power it produces a fairly unpleasant odor of burnt electronics. I am not sure if that's temporary and will wear off as the unit is used more, but there is no place for that smell in my kitchen when I am cooking delicious things! I have so far tested a few of these devices from different manufacturers and they all seem to have a similar set of no-nos:

Vicki: Our cooktop went and I purchased this for use while we replaced outs. It's pretty powerful and does the job. I wish the temperatures were 1-10 as apposed to an actual temperature setting. I find that if the temp is set too high and I turn it down, it takes a while for it to react...at which point the food is either burnt or overcooked. It has done the job for us and we will certainly keep it for emergencies.
