Dylan Caldwell: Brilliant book. Having returned from travelling in Thailand in January 2023, I was keen to source a recipe book that could recreate the food we had out there. It's fair to say this book is bang on the money! Would highly recommend to anyone who loves Thai food!

Bookish Girl: This guy is a legend. Now that I live in rural Scotland rather than South West London I don’t have the option of over priced, inconsistent takeaways. I also don’t have a husband who can cook, God love him. When I was under the weather in London I used to order Tom Yum Gai that always made me feel better. Well now I can easily make it myself, even while ill.
Dan’s books are beautiful, the photography is gorgeous and the tone is friendly, approachable and unpretentious.
I’ve literally just slurped the last of the Tom Yum Gai soup and I feel better already. Chicken Rezala out of his Curry Bible is a current favourite too. I’m buying all the Dan Toombs cook books now.
