Amazon Customer: It chops more than enough of everything for two people! I use it for chopping onions, garlic and most everything. You don’t really get an even chop, but if you’re cooking with it, it doesn’t really matter. I didn’t really like how the salad dressing turned out - the holes are so small it makes a mess, and the dressing itself turned out more like a paste than a liquid.

Leslie: I love this little processor - I use it for quick small jobs in the kitchen - like making bread and cheese crumbs to top baked pasta dishes, grinding up some nuts, chopping garlic, or making salad dressings etc. My only complaint is it has a weird design flaw - grasping the top to take it off is awkward, as the piece you have to grab is too shallow. So there's a little fumbling every time I try to remove or put the top back on. It also has a small hole in the top - presumably for relieving air pressure - or pouring in liquid - but the hole is too small for pouring anything in without spilling...so that doesn't work. But it does what I need it to do well and it is light and easy to move around. I keep it up on a shelf under my countertop, that is close to a countertop plug - so it's very handy to store and use because of it's compact size. I recommend it.

Simrose: This is an excellent and amazingly powerful little machine. Still have my original Cuisinart Food Processor from the early 70's plus two more modern ones and this little gem.

This little powerhouse was bought to be a Christmas gift for a friend. It will be used often by her arthritic hands, and I hope she recycles the box ASAP before she shows it to others, telling them it was my gift to her. It was shipped as sold in the stores, with no outer shipping box or even a plastic bag to cover it while it was in transit. It's battered, bruised and has sticky sides from the now removed multiple shipping labels. I'm embarrassed to be presenting this to her, knowing it's from Amazon and not something I bought for her that looks like it has been languishing on the floor of a dirty second hand shop for a year or two.

But, the quality of this machine will without a doubt win the day. All Cuisinart products are great, easy to use and wash, and are durable. I'll have to take the time to wrap it up in Origami style so that she isn't tempted to tear the wrapping paper from the box and loose that special excitement that comes with receiving a gift.

Lisa Lee: I bought this because I make my own mayonnaise and I wanted a mini food processor with a feeder top. The small holes in the top make adding the oil very easy, and the mayonnaise comes out perfect every time. It would be better if there were an "ON" button. The machine works beautifully but you have to hold down the button to keep it going, so making mayonnaise is still a chore. On the plus size, everything else I do with it just takes moments. I mainly use it to chop garlic and herbs, but the other morning, my coffee grinder was clogged and I used the mini processor to grind the beans!
