Richard: This is a wonderful food processor. Heavy base with a strong motor...nothing flimsy about it. It's not hard to clean at all...I'm sure all of the parts are dishwasher safe, but I just rinse and hand wash and set out to dry. Due to a temporary (I hope!) lack of space in my kitchen, after using I pack it back in the box just as it came so I don't end up losing any of the parts. I don't use it every day, but more than I thought I would. Very nice.

Cliente de Amazon: Potente motor, bastante silencioso respecto a otros procesadores, lo que permite dar tiempo de amasado. Fácil de lavar y no acumula residuos. Hace un excelente trabajo y su capacidad es más que suficiente en la cocina

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I have just unboxed this product and there is a light scratch at the bottom of the bowl (which isn’t a big deal) and the motorized base is cracked. I wanted to love it but I have a feeling I was sent a return. Will need to return it as well.

Rebecca S.: Absolutely the best processor I've owned to date. Gave it 4 stars for ease of use. I'm a seasoned cook, but I actually had to watch a Cuisinart video on how to put it together. Most processors have the feed tube in front so all that was a little confusing and I do not like that the processor will not run unless the feed cup is attached. This means you can not process a whole potato or block of cheese without cutting it shorter where the feed cup can make contact with their safety feature they built into it. Probably not explaining this correctly, but it's an annoyance for sure. Other than that, fantastic! It's powerful, easy to clean, and does the best job at getting everything to the same size. Love it.

Kim Palumbo: I loved this machine for the fact that it had gotten rid of all the bells and whistles and was a good basic machine like older models. What I did not know at the time was, after about 9 months my machine became dangerous and apparently caught on fire. These machines all have a safety feature that requires the lid be on and locked to turn on however my lid was off, not even near the machine when I heard it turn on and then saw smoke rolling from it. What if my hand had been in there removing that metal blade! That was bad enough but then the customer service has been horrific. In the past, I had a machine that was one day away from it's three year warranty and they promptly got one out to me in the mail and then had me return my broken machine in the box. This time, I have been over a month just getting a return tag at which point I am still told 4-6 weeks to repair and ship back to me. I am returning it but I will not ever be able to use this machine comfortably so not sure when I get it back what I will do. I am definitely shopping now for a replacement, NOT A CUSINART I am sad to say after so many years.

Mark Wilson: I love this machine. But it broke. So I bought another one. I know, dumb. I thought it was a fluke. It works great and so fast, but the second one broke too. The pin that is spring loaded that locks the bowl in to activate the blade just doesn't work after a use or two. Now the bowl is permanently locked on the base, despite near heroic efforts to unlock the pin from its position.

Maisy: I like the design of this Cuisinart 14-cup Food Processor. It's very classic. I have a lesser 9-cup Cuisinart FP which just doesn't chop as well, nor can I do much in it at a time.

This new FP for me, purchased just last week. Is square, and easy to use. I love the paddles for on and off and the lid connecting in the back is way better than all the front versions I've had. I had another FP, the 12DC that Costco sold, horrible lid, I threw it out and never could buy a replacement for it (I tried.) As it goes, it was too techy odd for my taste. I also had a Kitchen Aid FP before that. It was OK, but burnt out. All those other FP had/have front hand connected lids.

It's easy to lock on and unlock, feels very secure. The Base is big and heavy, doesn't move at all when on. The motor is so powerful, and so very quiet, it's an amazing piece of machinery compared to my 9-cup FP.

I had red pepper slices stacked in the chute. Pressed on, forgot it was unplugged. Forgot it wasn't my old version, with pressy soft buttons. I plugged it in, and "vvwiip". There were my peppers in the workbowl, sliced nicely with no pressure on my food tube.

The first...
