Mare: This camera works great and has great picture and audio. We had problems with it not staying charged after a short period of time. Customer service was AMAZING!! They replied promptly and kept in touch to make sure we were taken care of. They replaced our camera with a new camera. I just can’t tell you how pleased I am with the whole experience!

Geht niemand etwas an: Da es ein Chinaprodukt ist hatte ich nicht viele Erwartungen. Das Ding war auch schrecklich zu installieren da ich es mit WLAN betreibe und nicht mit Kabel. Zu meiner Überraschung funktioniert die Kamera jetzt aber erstaunlich gut. Sie macht Bilder und Videos in Top Qualität auch bei Nacht. Ich lasse mich überraschen wie lange das Teil funktioniert. Aber bei dem Preis ist das nebensächlich.

caballero florencecaballero florence: Malgré un peu d appréhension, cette caméra extérieure est facile à installer et également à programmer.
Très bonne qualité d image (meilleure dans les enregistrements qu en lecture directe) mode infrarouge performant.
Les notifications arrivent quasiment instantanément.
Faible consommation du wifi, jamais de coupure (même habitant en campagne), se recharge en solaire ce qui permet de l installer partout facilement.
Fonctionne parfaitement à 30 mètres de la maison.

Robbin Davis: Bad instructions and the software is cumbersome and difficult couldn't figure out how to add additional users. Once I figured it out the features worked well. Unfortunately the camera died. The company replace the camera relatively easily. Now the replacement camera has stopped working. It's really too bad because I liked the camera, it was one of the best I've encountered.

After I posted my complaint on Amazon a representative of the company contacted me and promptly replaced the camera for me. I didn't even have to reach out to them. It had been over a year and I thought I had no recourse. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were. They told me that it must've been the batteries that failed. This security camera has the best quality video. I have had experience with the biggest names in security cameras. This security camera has the best quality video. That coupled with their excellent customer service I say, give this one a try .

Rebel C: Update 05/18/22: Not worth the hassle to purchase this camera. The replacement that they sent died a couple of months later due to a terrible quality battery that they use. There is no way to get another battery here in the USA. Therefore, I now have a dummy camera mounted outside of my home that looks like it works.
Update 01/14/22: I contacted Ctronics through the "Contact us/ Support" on the paperwork and the website and they are sending me another one. It has great video clarity. The only thing I have an issue with is not being able to connect it to any cloud record-able saving area and no recommendations as to which service could work with the camera. It has a Ring brand model associated with it, but the Ring app will not recognize the camera. So all I have been using it for is to record onto a SD card. The Android app does notify of motion.
Update: 12/31. Purchased on 09/19. The camera completely stopped working after 3 1/2 months. The last time I had it up, it had a full charge on the battery and the solar panel is still working perfectly fine. Tried to take down, bring inside and charge manually and still no luck.

Wendy Kirk: It doesn't get any easier than this. Take it out of the box, charge it and download the app. Once charged, which didn't take very long, turn on the camera and tell the app to add a camera, they will start making loud noises, actually screaming at each other as they pair. Neat way to do this! Poof, your done!
Installation is a breeze. A simple bracket gets screwed to where ever you want to mount the camera, then simply line up the back of the camera to the bracket and it slides down over the hooks, your done, a couple of screws and slip it on. Again, how easy is that! You have the choice of mounting the solar panel on the camera or in a seperate location. They even give you an extension cable for this purpose, They do not however give you a mounting bracket for the solar panel if your not just putting it n top of the camera. Sold seperately it says!
Operation is easy also. I have some cameras from another company which uses the CloudEdge app which I find to be unreliable. The Ctronics app is really nice and again easy to use. Setting up the camera in the app can be a bit of a problem as I couldn't find any decent directions. It would be helpful if there was...
