Wisco: The bar is nice and sturdy with a good finish. The plates that cover the mountings has som sharp edges, so be careful when installing.

Donna: We've not had the bar installed yet as the bathroom is still under construction but the company CSI was great to deal with. They received the order from Amazon and the delivery date was shown but I got the product 5 days early!!! I'll send another review when the bar is installed. UPDATE: The bars are installed, the quality is great and they look really nice! Our contractor reinforced the wall (we had a total gut of our bathroom) so they are very sturdy! Love this product!!!

JohnSam: One review I read said the paint made it difficult to move the cosmetic ring. Not on the one I received. It is very well made and rock solid. The cosmetic rings have a very simple and effective locking system to keep them in place. The bar is exactly as you would expect and when properly mounted (instructions included) gives a great sense of security.
I would definitely recommend this grab bar.

Brian: This is the second one I've bought. The first one is to step down one step from our sun room down to the patio and this one is for the front step. Some of our friends have health issues and these are a big help.

Tanny: I would have given it a five star rating as it’s a good product, well-built and very reasonably priced. I ordered the white powder coated one which created some issues for me as the flange would not come off as the powder coating created a layer of paint which jammed the flanges and it took me almost a day of struggling to get them out. I had to chip the excess paint to make it work and it did damage the finish. I think this issue Won’t be there in the regular stainless steel version but I was very disappointed with the power coated one. I hope the manufacturers ensure the flanges come out easily after powder coating, so the customers can use it right away without wasting a lot of time or damaging the finish.
