Jack Davis: This book builds on "Crucial Conversations" by the same authors, so read and practice with "CC" first.

"Crucial Accountability" extends "Crucial Conversations" methods into cases where things have already gone wrong: blown deadlines, broken rules, and other bad behavior. This book teaches you how to discuss those touchy subjects with respect and fairness and to get good outcomes from those conversations. I found that practicing "Crucial Accountability" also helped me get a much better grasp of the lessons from the prior book.

David: I just read about 20 % of the book. Each page makes me more enthusiastic. It is a very special, extremely powerful book. My coach trainer did recommend it to me. It was the only book he recommended. And he recommended it several times. I question a lot of my beliefs and perspectives in life. The book is written very easy to read, with vivid examples for nearly everybody.

Ich bin noch nicht ganz fertig, werde aber von Seite zu Seite begeisterter von dem Buch. Es ist ein besonderes Buch. Mein Coaching Trainer hat es mir empfohlen. Ich hinterfrage viele meiner Einstellungen und Herangehensweisen. Das Buch gibt unfassbar wertvolle Impulse für meinen Alltag. Es ist supergut geschrieben.
