Living for Logos: Makes ice fast. My only negative is the machine could keep ice a little colder. Ice is slightly damp when I take it out, but that’s just a small thing. Still give it five stars.

spankymoon: I purchased this ice make to use as a water chiller for my laser engraver actually work very good, it does keep water at 19 degrees Celsius, I made outlets attached them to the lid for water flow to the laser the lids helps keep water clean. Now i have to buy another one for the wife and the travel trailer.

Gail S: In January, 2022 I purchased the Crownful Portable Countertop Nugget Ice Maker Machine and paid over $400.00 for it. I spent hours researching the various ice makers for sale. I was specifically looking for ice makers that made the Sonic type ice. I chose the Crownful model for this reason despite the cost. In the 9 months I’ve used the ice maker I had no problems and enjoyed the convenience. But today died. It didn’t even work a full year. Money wasted. I thought at this selling price point the ice maker would have at least a year. The period for returns has expired. There is no easy to contact the company since you can only left emails and get no response. After cleaning the unit the defrost and the clean button continuously flashing together. I unplugged the unit, waited a few minutes and restarted it again, same problem..no ice. I followed all the troubleshooting tips the company suggested and it still working. Selling for over $400.00 I guess I was expecting a long working unit. I will not buy nor suggest this ice maker for anyone to purchase.

I sent the maker an email regarding the issue and received no response. After 2-3 weeks of silence on their end, I went ahead and posted my 1 star review. Soon after the poor review, THEN the company contacted me. We had a few emails that went back and forth and I received a new, replacement ice machine within 2-3 weeks of their first email. They never did refer to my email.

I’ve had the replacement machine a few weeks now and so far, so good. I waited a while to update my review because this machine is running louder than the previous one and I wanted to see if it was because it was protesting, lol. Still a bit loud, but working well. Should that change, I will update again.

Knocking off a star for the fact that although I meticulously followed instructions regarding emailing about the faulty machine (I had to include the order number, model number, etc) the company only responded because of the review. T. WimmerT. Wimmer: This stylish countertop ice maker has worked admirably after about a month of use. The bullet style ice gets a couple drinks worth down to soothing temperatures.

The ice overall tastes great, this unit also comes with a mini ice scoop and tray to catch the ice, it won't keep it frozen, so plan on using the ice or dumping it into a bag to put in the freezer, suggestion to break the ice again a hard surface afterwards, it likes to stick together fresh out of the machine.

It's also basically silent when it's not making ice, though permit a little bit of noise when it's in the process. I hardly notice the sound, admittedly I have it next to a water cooler, so I've gradually tuned them both out.

It's got an extremely easy to use process for anyone in the family, making the prospect of drinking more water more appealing, and cleaning is a snap. Simply drain the tank by pulling the plug underneath into a sink or tub, or wait for the water to run out. After it empties, plug the reservoir again, spray a little cleaner into the basin, or maybe run some vinegar or lemon juice through it.
