baby momma knows: Purchased this to make bracelets with my daughter... and necklaces. I love it. It's sturdy enough to handle while stringing necklaces but not too think that it doesn't go thru the beads easily. Some time if it is too thin it is hard to string beads. It's also sturdy enough to withstand on and off the wrist. Also it holds a knot for tying well. I highly recommend. Great quality.

Roz Franz: This 1mm Stretch cord is nearly impossible to break. I have always used 1 mm, and have not problems with it breaking. I did try 5mm and it broke fairly easily..The 1mm is so wonderful for making bracelets and other jewelry. Some people have trouble with the knots staying tied, and all I do is take clear nail polish and dab the knot good, let it dry and do it again. When doing it the second time if you want to hide the knot, then just pull the knot into a bead where it will stay, as it is still sticky from the polish. Then when dry, clip the strings with a fingernail cutter as you can get really close to the knot, and I have never had the knots come loose. Great product and I have used this brand for many years.
