Kindle Customer: Worked great as we made smashburgers on the Blackstone grill. Also planning to make our own burgers to freeze with venison after deer hunting season. Think this will be a big help and also the parchment papers will make them easy to freeze and use.

David S.: There's nothing at al wrong with this little kitchen gizmo. If you want to make small, preformed burger patties, it works well. I tend to make larger patties than this, but for small ones, it works. I recommend using the parchment paper squares they provide, inside bottom and top before placing the meat in there. It makes it much easier to get the burger out when formed. This also works well if you want to make burgers with inclusions such as peppers, cheese, etc because it spreads and presses all of that into an event formed burger. Last note, I would not recommend this for using as a burger press directly on the grill. The top might lead you to want to try that. For a few reasons, it's not suited to that.
