I made waffles with the maker yesterday. I like to use oats and bananas in my hardy waffles, but the extras didn't allow for the figures to be seen well. I recommend a basic flour waffle mix to see the figures the best. These are three bites a piece, perfect for dipping in syrup or sauces.
I was worried about filling the waffle iron too much, but a little more batter in each character allowed the waffles to fluff up nicely and see the lines of the dungeon heroes better.
These are super cute characters which would be perfect for a DnD party, or a Lord of the Rings party!

This was a gift fir my sons and their wives, they all just love it and it cooks well. Like all waffle makers you have to kindle the donesess by trial and error. Because sometimes you get more or less batter in and that makes cooking time different for any waffle maker. But they all love it
