Michelle M Craig: Worked well with tasty results. However, beware that supplied recipes make a lot. Recipe 1 "classic waffle bowl" made 35 bowls! Unless you are catering a wedding or something, I recommend halving the recipe at least.

Melanie: These Dash mini cookers are so great! I have all of them that I could want because the things are just so handy, why not? They are a little slow if cooking for a family like I am but when you have 3 going at once i can keep up. For the size of these, they cook really fast.

D Pearl: I ordered the DASH Mini Waffle Bowl Maker to make gluten free dessert bowls for my husband. I really had no expectations but what a treat! I used gluten free pancake mix super easy and my husband LOVES them. I have been playing with it by putting some cinnamon bread in it or some left over waffle pieces in it and they turned out great. I will admit now I wish I had bought the larger 4 bowl machine but the price was right and we are really enjoying it. If you are on the fence about purchasing one I say what have you got to loose... it's a good price, fun snack, easy to use and it cleans up in a snap!

Darz: These are for birthday gifts so I haven't gifted them yet . From what I can tell it's a pretty cool unit . Perfect size for berries, ice cream , cereal or whatever you choose . I hope they like them . Great price

Theresa MorrisTheresa Morris: My granddaughter (14) is in love with these mini-appliances. I bought this to use primarily as an ice cream bowl. The Dash Mini Waffle Bowl Maker was easy to use. I made regular pancake mix, added a little sugar, and some vanilla. I sprayed the bowl with a bit of cooking spray and used a scant 1/4 of batter. There is no timer, but I just checked every minute or so to see if the top would open. When the waffle bowl was done, the top lifted easily. It was not as easy to get it out, but I had a small spatula that did the trick.

Pluses - easy to use, kid pleaser, easy to clean up, fast, small and easy to tuck in a cupboard, does not take a lot of space
Minuses - bowl is not crisp, can be challenging to get it out (not that difficult though)

I would, and will, buy this again. It
