Mckenph: I have had this blender for about ten months, and I think it is time for a review. I had purchased other blenders and wrote reviews, and always gave updates on my dissatisfaction, so I decided to wait. This blender is very quiet. My other blenders had to close all the doors in the house and put a designed muffle on it so that I would not wake anyone up. This blender has no issues. Pretty incredible. I also have had a few issues, but still very satisfied with the blender tna the customer support is awesome. My first issue was that a crack had developed in the container, but customer service had me a new one within a week of mentioning it to them. The second issue is that the dial is a little loose but not so terrible that I can't live with it.

If you are looking for a blender, your search is over. I use it every day and sometimes multiple times a day, and it still runs just like it came out of the box.

Love California: I used the blender for the first time today and was so disappointed. The sound is very loud! I purchased this blender thinking it would be quieter than my 10 year old Vitamix. This blender is much noisier. I recently moved to a new condo building with neighbors living above, below and next to me, I wanted a blender that would produce less sound than my Vitamix. Unfortunately, if the selling point of this blender is noise reduction, in my experience, it fails in that area. I will not be keeping it. Packing it up and sending it back seems daunting, but i will figure that out. Love the Vitamix performance and will just live with its sound.

Zoran T.: This is my 4th high-power blender, after a Blendtec and 2 Biolomix's (purchased from Aliexpress). The Blendtec failled after 3 years, whereas the 2 Biolomixes were still functioning after the same period of ruthless use but then I gave them away to family members who still use them. I then decided to give this Cranddi a shot and so far I am very happy with it. Very quiet, powerful and safe to use. I only wish I could take off the cover to clean the spillover juice/smoothie that penetrates under its lower edge. A replaceable blade would also be useful but let's see how long this thing is going to last. But pricewise this thing is a steal. Compared to a commercial grade Blendtec costing 7 times more!

Amazon Customer: As advertised. It is very quiet. So far it blends better than my Blendtec . For the price of a replacement jug I got a complete blender . Only thing that I can add as a negative is the height of the machine. It won’t fit under a standard upper kitchen cupboard. Overall it’s a powerful blender and doesn’t miss a beat with smoothies or ice based drinks.

allenlin: I've always wanted to buy a heavy duty blender. Finally, I chose this blender from Cranddi. Recived it not bad.
I had a personal blender, but I feel they are qualitatively different. Just like a mobile phone cameras compare with professional cameras. Not at the same level.
The power is strong, and the noise is less. It should have been very noisy, but the manufacturer has considered this and designed a sound shield to reduce noise.

About assembly:
It's almost ready to use when I receive them. Just take out the base, cup and accessories and combine them together then power on. It's easy to use and I almost don't need to assemble.

About use:
This is vey easy to use as same as the person blender. Panel is very simple and clear. Two buttons(switch and pulse) and one speed setting.

About my feelings:
1. Really professional and different from my old one. It is very strong power. Almost all ingredients are crushed in seconds.
2. There has a safety lock on top base. I thought it was broken at first. But it work after I put the cup on.
3. Container is good, not glass, easy to clean.The lid is relatively tight and has good sealing...

today try to use and the light in front when dark and not turning on.
it is not for commercial use so do not get fooled
