Yash Mathukia: The product i received was medium size which do not fit big size people. It also dosen't stay put & slurping posture comes back to normal. If i had to remind myself again and again to sit straight for the belt to work, then why to put money on this belt & only remind myself to sit straight all the time.
Helpful for those who definitely need a support or push to start sitting straight. Product is not bad, just not 100% getting the job done.

Mark: I received this belt as a gift after suffering a lower back injury about a year ago. The belt itself is very comfortable to wear and provides a nice warming sensation to the lower back which has helped with ease of movement by eliminating some of the stiffness. However sad to say the pain that I'm feeling hasn't gone away. This could be a purely subjective situation though, everybody's different. What hasn't worked for me could work for someone else.

Product Bully: There is no way it's useful for someone with a 28" waist.

My waist is 31" and to get any kind of compression the velcro only has about half an inch of contact on the reciprocal velcro pad. This is very annoying as I'm steadily losing weight and suspect the belt will be useless within a few months.

Also this means that after a single day of wear the velcro hooks have torn up the "neoprene like material". I suspect that it will not have much grip after a few weeks but I will report back on that.

As others have mentioned it's not at all sweaty.

One thing I really hate about a lot of products that use velcro is they don't seem to consider which side faces your skin. With this item the hooks (i.e. the side that's extremely uncomfortable on your skin) faces your belly whilst you're wearing it's not the biggest issue if it's aligned perfectly, but there isn't any margin so it sometimes needs adjusting.

Generally speaking it's nice. If I had a 36" waist I think it would be perfect but for the velcro being the wrong way around!

UnderminedTruth: Over the past two years since my back accident, I have had sciatica on and off, been to Physiotherapy and back and yet nothing seems to give me long lasting relief, until I found this product. Once again, this brand proves to be amazing and getting what it says on the box done.

At first I didn't notice anything, but as the hours went by, I started to notice my back feeling lighter and more relieved. 24 hours later, I'm doing the things I used to be able to do with minimal to no pain, no effort at all. I cannot believe that this product has managed to provide me with this much relief.

It is a soft, but strong material, I can tell this quality will last for a very long time. It is so comfortable to wear, I have worn it cycling and for stretching and core training and it has really helped to support me during these exercises. I have already had my back examined since using this and it has been confirmed that my tension is becoming less already. Things that were noticeable are becoming harder to find.

I highly recommend this product and it's brand to everyone.

Sizing is perfect too btw, I have exactly a 38 inch waist and there is still room with the smaller...
