Juslilolme: I love this little back brace and have used it a lot. It is lightweight and comfortable to use. The main drawback for me is that the "ribs" that keep the brace from rolling on itself break through the seams of their casings quite easily. I've sewed them in the past but my first one is pretty much shot. I've got a new one now that I use as needed. For me, light-weight is important because I suffer from neuropathy around my torso and the heavier-weight back braces lack "give" and they hurt my nerves.

William McMahon: I have worn this three times. The third time, the staves started falling out. Material needs to be re-enforced on the end of the staves. Simple fix. Should have been caught by manufacturer. Fortunately, my wife has a sewing machine and can repair it and re-enforce the others. it is very comfortable and supportive. Can't feel any cooling effects. Fairly good product, just needs a little tweaking.
