Deb: I love hard boiled and deviled eggs, but I’m not a good cook and struggle to make them. This little gadget is worth the storage space in my rather small kitchen. I get perfect hard boiled eggs every time. It’s so simple that even I can be successful. The eggs are easy to peel too. I’m shocked by how simple and effective it is. If there is a downside, it’s that the parts are all plastic so store it cautiously.

Ank_Sh: Have no complaints with boiling the eggs. They come out perfect.
But it gives out a weird stink when functioning.
Initially thought it is sulfur from the eggs, but even tried with vinegar only to clean the boiling plate and the same smell.
Also it is not BPA free, thus ended up returning it.

Cyndi Robinson: 'My bad' to begin. Looking at it and not registering in my head, when reading about it. It's ALL plastic and VERY light, except the metal plate at the bottom that you pour your water on. Seeing the COPPER color, I had assumed it was at least copper colored metal, wrong, so I figured it would be heavier. (Thats one of the main reasons I chose this unit) Thats my mistake though for not noticing that it does say it is plastic. IN THE VIDEO it shows, and the guy says you can cook 2 poached eggs or omelets at the same time, claims it is 'family sized' yet it only comes with ONE omelet dish and ONE poached egg dish. IN the video it shows 2. I got this unit thinking since it is 'family sized' I would be able to cook 2 omelets at the same time for my husband and I or 2 sets of poached eggs. Nope. When cooking, the unit does turn itself off, (for the time being) and the power light goes out, BUT there is NO TIMER that goes off and if you let the unit set there after the eggs are cooked (DONT FORGET ABOUT THEM) and the unit cools off, if you haven't actually pushed off the power button or unplugged the unit, IT WILL RESTART THE COOKING PROCESS ONCE THE UNIT COOLS DOWN. Jazz: This made my life so easy . It takes very little water to boil the eggs . And they are very easy to peel bcz of the hole you make on the shell before putting eggs in the steamer . cgobar: Compré 2 de hecho porque nos gusta hacer 2 omelettes al mismo tiempo. Funciona muy bien. Recomiendo utilicen agua baja en sarro o de botella ya que se puede ensarrar la charolita fácilmente. Yo le quité el sarro con agua con vinagre blanco. No es necesario hacer esto puesto que funciona muy bien, es más que nada para limpieza. Hace muy bien los huevos de cualquier manera que gustes y viene con su instructivo para saber como utilizarla. La base no se debe de sumergir en agua pero se puede limpiar con un trapito humedo. En general la recomiendo mucho ya que en te ahorra de ensuciar un sartén grande y utencilios. Cocina con el vapor de forma muy pareja.
