Robert Esparza: I’ve already put this book to use on my new NuWave Matrix Induction Wok. It’s outstanding. Tastes BETTER than take out. Using baking soda to marinate meats will give you that restaurant style tenderness every time. Try this book, you won’t be disappointed

Dragonfly: I enjoyed looking at the photos of the food. This book has simple and step by step directions. It also has many delicious recipes. This Chinese cookbook has a few recipes I have been searching for for many years. Finally, I will be able to enjoy this Scrumptious Chinese meal I had over 37 years ago. Thanks to this author sharing these recipes I will be able to reminsce of old times and begin a journey of delicious taste testing the food outlined in this book. Hopefully it will be as beautiful as the pictures in this book. Look forward to reading her other cookbooks and experimenting in the kitchen.

OhioGal: As always, looking for recipes that I have not seen/made before. Found two I will make again & again; the Shanghai pork chops, the egg drops soup (had not tried this before, like the simplicity) and I also plan to make the beef with garlic sauce.
