Vanessa H: Great multi purpose dive knife. Seems of pretty good quality and features. Well see after some use....

David T. Klein: Does the job, and that’s what counts. Good for cutting line or other fouling while under water. Squared off tip, so you aren’t going to inadvertently poke or cut yourself.

Gordon Bruce Richardson: It was a bit smaller than I expected but will certainly do the job.

Sean: FYI 420 steel WILL rust. "Stainless" doesn't mean "won't rust". Let's just get that out of the way.
420 refers to the amount of carbon in the steel. More carbon=more rust.
If that's your priority look for 304, Marine 316, or titanium.
This is a BUDGET knife which will do best in a fresh water environment.
While this knife may not be a good option for diving, it's still good for the price.
After losing a similar knife during a kayak roll, I purchased this one.
Surface rust will appear quickly in salt water, but with some care it will hold up just fine.
Rinse with fresh water after each use. If submerged: remove from the handle, rinse or let soak in water overnight, lightly oil before reassembling.
I've gotten YEARS out of knives like this with some care.
This knife is my "daily driver" which I keep strapped to the inside of my Greenjacket.
Just compare the price to an NRS Co-pilot (even on Pro) and ask yourself which you'd rather drop in the water.
The button is easy enough to press, but still secure.
If doing anything technical I'll still put a folding knife in my vest and/or strap a Co-pilot to the outside, but this knife sees the most...

kitty-lvr: I like this knife quite a bit...it seems more like a river knife for canoeing or kayaking than a true scuba knife. Not really the right alloy for the marine environment, but what are you expecting for under $20..... You want real scuba gear, open your wallet. This is a good rugged camping and paddling blade that is full tang, sharp from the factory, with the serrated edge for cutting rope..... good value. Hard sheath is decent, knife locks in for wearing on a life jacket...... good purchase!

ep7ep7: I use this diver's knife only for my freshwater canoe camping trips, so I don't think rust will be an issue. Blades is 420 stainless steel, 3" long. I wanted a blunt tip, plain AND serrated low profile knife with snap-in sheath, that I could attach to my 50l food barrel for quick access. This fits the bill nicely.
This is a beater knife that will see a lot of mis-use.
Handle is just a little too short for my hands, but i can manage. I'm 6 foot.
The knife did not come extremely sharp, but good enough for my usage. Easy enough to touch up with a stone.
There is an all-neon-green version of this knife marketed under the McNett label, but it costs more.

Also, it resembles the Schrade WR4 Water Rat very closely.

AlexG: The quality of this is very poor. I do not think it is really suitable for scuba diving especially in saltwater. Save some money and buy a more expensive tool from reputable brand.
