The product is not good quality. The bottom locking pin in the Food bowl which holds the blade is already rusted after one week of use. even the locking mechanism is difficult to handle as it requires several tries before it locks in to place. the removable rubber ring also does not fit tightly after removing and washing. I have previously used a Black and Decker Brand, same type of machine and nothing of this sort has happened. Very badly designed product.

This is a powerful food processor. My old mini Cuisinart only a few years old died on me so wanted to change brands. The Kitchen Monster works in an upside down way with the motor on top. My only comment is the locking lid sometimes takes a few tries to get it locked. I give it five stars for power.

This is a great chopper with four blades, which crushing food way better then the two blades one I got before. It’s easy to install and use. One feature I like the most is that two modes provided for processing food. I can use Mode-II for hard food or a lot of food. The noise is also not loud, it’s quite smooth.
I tried this chopper with some carrots shown in video and images. It’s super easy to operate and I like the mashed carrot.

Very handy! Easy to use and the compact size fits into our crowded cabinet well! We’ve chopped a few things with it, including frozen mango for dessert and beef for dumplings. Only a few seconds, and all done!
