Strawberry: I am trying to clean without chemicals. This is perfect for it. I used it to clean sofa, chairs, countertops, floors. The only thing is that the product that was used to make the shell of the machine is not heavy-duty. One drop and it broke. It wasn't a big fall or on a hard surface

Robert A. Cohen: I own a Samsung refrigerator. For those of you cursed in that way, you know my problem. I have been disassembling the back of the unit for a long time, about every 6 weeks, to defrost the inside. I've been using a hair dryer, which takes forever. I saw a youtube video about this steamer used for defrosting. It's truly amazing to watch the ice collapse before my eyes while spraying it with steam. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. It has many uses besides my refrigerator, and I'm gradually learning all the things it can do.

Pasha: I used it to clean my bird cages. It works great, but had to keep refilling it a couple of times. But it lasts about 5 to 10 minutes of steaming. My cages are big, so, it was to be expected. That said, it cleaned them very easily. Stuck on food, etc., I just wiped off. Worth it, even with the refilling. It heats up really fast.

Amazon Customer: As in other reviews, can leak a bit. Also because its a small storage for water, will need to be refilled with (maybe 30 mins of use?). But... in its defense for this price, Id say you get what you pay for. You can avoid the leak if you dont tilt it too much. So far so good for me, ill update if newer issues happen.

Amazon Customer: I was so excited to find a product with such good reviews for a great price, and for $50 I didn't expect miracles, but I did expect much better than what I got.
Instructions and assembly was easy, it is easy to use and the dirt does lift even if its slow and small areas at a time, so for those reasons alone I gave 2 stars. However I have been trying to power steam clean our bathroom for several hours now and getting nowhere fast. To be fair im 9 months pregnant so im not so fast or flexible with moving these days, but that is why I chose something small and easy to use so that covers many different surfaces and I could get a good deep clean with ease, but this is too much work for so little reward. Being small it only holds so much water. That doesn't bother me and was expected, however it would be nice to get more than 20-30 mins use at a time before having to stop, open and wait the 5 or so mins for machine to cool just to refill time and time again. And in that 20-30 mins you only get a small area of space covered, like maybe a couple of feet of flooring or half the bath tub. The attachments are easy to add but poor quality. The bristle end attachment "melted" and bent out...
