Bhaskara chaitanya: This product is good but it's not advisable to walk around or walk stairs, this is a very rigid product and it's only meant for standing on them. I was looking for wearing and walking with them.

D. Baugher: So yes they hurt when I first wore. I did 10 minutes first. Then add 2-5 minutes each day. I keep mine in the kitchen and slip on while doing dishes. Each day they are easier to wear. Make sure your toes are on the toe rocks. Glad these have velcro cause I have slim and small feet. I would order again and I must say…I love rocks though…they are so pretty. When I’m feeling adventurous I will walk down my wood stairs with them. Buy them, you won’t regret.

Kindle CustomerKindle Customer: For me, these were very painful at first. I just stand in them for 5, then 6 minutes a day while I do my QiGong. I have a lot of healing to do. BUT, I feel so good when I take them off. I have more energy through the day, my feet feel amazing and I will keep wearing them. Also, I love the gemstones and how they're arranged. Glad I bought these.
