JCRS: These boots are practically perfect! They were comfortable right out of the box. The laces stay tied and they are warm but not hot. The tongue is connected to the shoe about halfway up the lace area, which keeps the elements out. The shaft is great- not too high on my ankle. The only small feature I wish it had was a tab at the back of the ankle to help pull them on. Other than that, these are amazing!

J. S.: These worked well right out the box! Very soft and comfortable inside. Sturdy exterior looks really nice. Colors are bold and bright. Size was as expected with just enough space to wear thick socks. I have flat feet and they weren't sore after so I'd say the support was great! I used these on a walk, but they worked so well without having to break them in that I believe they would be great on hikes.

Lisa S.: Ok. I am a hiker. I have spent a ton of money on my hobby. But I have special needs when it comes to my feet. Not only do I have plantar fasciitis and wear orthotics, but my feet are long and wide. For hike I like a wide toe box and extra length at the toe for when I’m climbing down (to allow room for slide without jamming my toe nail). I needed a waterproof shoe. This boot fits all my needs and looks nice too! It’s hard to find a 10.5 wide in a cute ladies shoe- especially one for hiking. The price point was much nicer than what I usually buy at REI. Definitely recommend!

FLGulfGrnEz: I read the reviews wherever I could find them. I had become very confused over the sizing. I have a hard enough time getting the right size without this much of a difference thrown at me too!
I was in love @first glance, beautiful dark gray with aqua strings. Ordered size 7 as they suggested though I wear a size 6.5 or less... I knew they were going to feel awesome before my foot was all the way in! But must do the walk test, proved anyone could be comfortable in these boats with sturdy construction of the shoe and the comfort support for high insteps, it's the toe that gives it all away. You just need to look down to see there is a whole lot of shoe left before your toe! This 7 was 2 sizes too big! But just such great price!
That "cheap" price kept nagging at me and I decided to check further. I must have bought a warehouse pair! The price is worth buying from warehouse because they looked every bit a brand new shoe! If not for sticker showing inspected by warehouse, wouldn't have known.
I gave my sister the 7's, she went gaga over them! 1 down, me to go. So ordered a size 6, you want to guess? They suggested a size 6.5 now and the size 6 was still too big. But I kept...

Marisol: Superaron mis expectativas. Son ligeras, las use en senderos bastantes humedos y con lodo y todo bien. Me protegieron súper bien de la lluvia. Las usé en la nieve y súper bien, solo cuando estaba a -8°C ya empezaba a sentir un poco de frío en la planta de los pies pero es entendible.

AngelaAngela: My son & his fiancee decided they wanted to get married in Alaska. They wanted to do a lot of hiking so I needed to get some comfy hiking boots. Now I am not an avid hiker, but I can say I put these boots to the test with some intense hikes in the Alaska wilderness! I slipped a few times with my foot submerging into water and the water beaded right off and kept my foot dry. I was pretty shocked at this because others on the trip ended up with wet feet, so that was my biggest impression. Next they were very comfortable. I wore them for a large portion of the week and only near the end did they seem a little heavy on my feet, but I think that also was due to how tired my legs were. We also hiked many slippery rocks and a 4 mike trail mostly made up of mud uphill. While some people slid because they didn't have good shoe grip, I didn't fall at all, and when they got blisters, my feet were fine and if anything just a little sore from the actual hike. I kept telling everyone on the trip, I love these boots. :) I would buy again for sure!

Marlon: Love these shoes. I find them breathable and water resistant enough for going through wet grass etc. I've used them in summer and don't get too sweaty feet. Really comfy, fits my orthotics and true to size. Some flexibility to them so you get a grip on uneven surfaces. But I wouldn't think they would be comfy to run in (not that you would buy them for that). Not too heavy either.

Xiomara Baltodano: Las lleve a una actividad de senderismo en montaña. El número que pedí fue correcto (compré la talla que uso normalmente). El calzado fue cómodo, mis pies nunca me molestaron ni tuve dolor por usar la bota, durante las actividades cayó lluvia y había mucho lodo; mis botas me protegieron mis pies, y calcetas secas. No me sumergi en el agua ni sumergi mis pies en agua (obvio ahi si se mojan mis pies por sentido común). Las recomiendo ampliamente.
