Tim GreyTim Grey: I just got into axe throwing last week at the bar. I really enjoyed it so I built a target and bought this axe. It is very sharp and accurate right out of the box.
My first 3 throws were all bulls eyes...at about 13'...I'm dead serious. Of course, this is compared to a Kobalt camping hatchet...but it is still a "point and shoot" axe...if you're steady, it will hit what you are staring at.
I guess I could be one bounce away from a broken handle, but oh well...the things are relatively cheap...my other addiction is mtn bikes...compared to that ludicrously expensive nonsense, axe throwing is practically free.

Amazon Customer: Als Übungswaffe ziemlich überzeugend, aber:
- Ich habe die Ecken der Axt mit einer Flex (ja die schneidet auch Kunststoff) abgerundet. So wie geliefert ist sie extrem gefährlich im Training.
- Das Gewicht ist sehr realistisch. Das Material ist sehr harter Kunststoff. Für ein Partnertraining empfehle ich auf jeden Fall Fechtmasken. Sonst ist das Risiko von Kopfverletzungen sehr groß.
- Ich haben den Griff gekürzt. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Axt damit führiger.

Erich Prosche: Leider nicht zu empfehlen: Der Stiel hatte am ersten Tag nach nicht mal 50 Würfen gleich drei Längsrisse. Habe die Axt am zweiten Tag zurückgesendet. Nach mehr als drei Wochen kam die Antwort von Mila Sports zurück: "Eine Rücknahme mit kompletter Erstattung ist leider nicht möglich, da Sie uns die Wurfaxt stark benutzt und extrem beschädigt zurückgeschickt haben." Ich habe die Wurfaxt mit neuen Stiel zurück bekommen. Jetzt ratet mal, wie lange dieser Stiel gehalten hat...

Amazon Customer: The axe comes dull, but is easily sharpened. It has a nice, thin profile. The head had a bit of play between it and the handle, but that’s easily remedied by snugging the two torx screws. It is well balanced, and once sharpened, will stick across the grain of the target without much force. It may not be the best axe to learn technique. The handle will suffer. If you can stick it in the wood, it’s a good buy for the price.

J. Miesse: This axe is a pretty sturdy axe that throws nicely. Upon some intensive testing, we did find that the handle may be starting to crack but that is after deliberate and repeated attempts to throw it incorrectly to find out how durable it really is. Overall very happy with this axe for beginner throwers and we even ordered more.
