Took a long time to rinse, and it colored my water tan for a couple weeks, but now my water is clear and the gravel looks nice. I suggest 2 bags if you have a 10 gallon. Maybe even 2.5-3 bags, if you want to make planting easier.

I bought these rocks because my Pleco won't stop growing and I had to upgrade my tank to a larger size again. This was more affordable then getting the bags at the pet store. They arrive dirty but I mean, they are rocks. What do you expect? They give the tank a very natural look and they fish have all been doing great. I did mix in some of their old gravel for the bacteria.

Nice gravel. Easy to clean. A little bigger than what I wanted but I still used it. BUT found a rusty nail while rinsing (so glad I didn’t stab myself!). I’d recommend but just be wary of debris.
