AnL: I bought this for my 7 year old. She picked it out herself. She leaves my book light alone now. The only think that I would say is, I wish it had a night setting. It is pretty bright.

Kindle Customer: This booklight is amazing and cute! I love the design! It is definitely bright without hurting your eyes for reading. Adjustable and Lightweight. I will continue use this for my nightly reading. I only rated for traveling as 4 stars because it is so bright. While laying down in my room with the light focused on my book, it lit up half of my room. It may be too bright for reading in a car without distracting other drivers, and possibly on a train or airplane during quiet hours where lights would normally be dimmed or turned off. But overall a wonderful product, would definitely buy more for other readers in my life!

Jana Thomas: I've had book lamps before but not like this one.
First off, it looks cool.
Secondly, the clamp portion of the light is strong and does not fall off of the books.
Thirdly, it hasn't eaten the battery yet. When it's time the Dollar Tree or Dollar Store fixes this as I picked a replacement battery up the week this arrived so I am ready when the time comes.
The on/off button is located on the backside of the lamp area. It's flush with it so it's easy to miss.
Battery type: CR2032
The metal coil-type arm is super flexible and the breadth of the light is more than ample for reading. It actually lights up the entire room but with a soft glow not stadium sort of lighting.
Love the turquoise color and the business done with the seller was perfect; shipping fast, item appropriately packaged and no complaints.
