We could not be happier with this product. It was easy to install, looks great, functions great. It was one of the only ones I found in the size we needed that included both logs and crystals so you could use either display. Also, the dimensions are perfect, some of the LED fireplaces are too high and the flame only comes halfway up the display space. On this one the ratio is perfect. Highly recommended.

Fireplace is modern and nice. I was worried about going with an electric fireplace as opposed to paying for a real one but this certainly completed the space, saved us money, and we get many compliments on it. Heat seems to work well. It’s only been in use about two ish months but we love it. I searched a long time an many many reviews before deciding on this and I’m happy with the purchase.
