CHAOKE Indoor Cycling Bike - Get Fit with an Exercise Bike at Home

Melly: Bought this bike and have used it at least 3 times a week for 8 months. Then I noticed a popping feeling under my left foot when pedaling. I emailed the customer support and they sent me a replacement pedal which fixed the issue!
Overall a solid bike for the price. It is pretty quiet and easy to use. I did adjust the resistance by removing the resistance magnet from the bolt towards the back of the bike. Tightened the square bolt so it was closer to the frame then reconnected the magnet. Helped significantly lower the baseline resistance. I wasn’t a fan of the initial low resistance because it wasn’t exactly low.
You are getting what you are paying for but it is holding up pretty well for the amount of use it gets. The pedals are close to the crankshaft so I could see if you had big feet they may get too close and rub.

Update at 1 year. The ball bearings in the pedals seem to be failing again. I still use the bike about 3 days a week, so I’ve gotten decent use for the price. But unfortunate that this issue is occurring again.

Michael I.: This bike works well for all my needs, been using it for a few months now and it's still strong and stable. I would recommend getting a new seat as it does become uncomfortable (well at least for me) but that isn't a big deal for me as most new bikes, exercise or not, need some minor tweaks.

The support is amazing!! I had some minor damage on arrival from shipping, nothing serious and I could still use the bike. But, I was irked that my new bike had slight damage. I wasn't expecting much and threw them a quick email just to see if anything would transpire. Low and behold within minutes they were responding back and helping me through the steps to get a new part. Felt effortless and I'm happy that there are companies that still want to make sure your product is as expected. Give Abby a raise!

c'est la vie🎉😘c'est la vie🎉😘: The media could not be loaded.  I looked at spin bikes for awhile before picking this one. It’s very quiet, the magnetic resistance makes it easy and quiet to make it a harder ride. It doesn’t track your cadence or your exact resistance, but the ones that do are so much more expensive, so I’m happy I picked this one. The box is heavy, so make sure you have someone to bring the box in and set it up with you

This spin bike is well constructed, and has even met the approval of one of my sons that always wanted a bike like this.

After assembling the bike, and giving it the first test ride, I did notice some noise. With some investigating, the culprit causing the noise was found to be some well-placed, but hard to find packing that prevented damage to the bike during shipping. The iPad holder is perfectly dimensioned and sturdy. The bike also comes with a bottle holder, positioned in the same place you would find it on a regular bike.

KatKat: Bike was packed well. It is a bit heavy and I had to unpack it and bring the pieces downstairs. It took about 20 min to put together. I really liked that all the screws were already in the pieces to attach. No searching for them. All necessary tools were included to build the bike which was also quite nice. Instructions were easy to follow. One of the easiest pieces of exercise equipment I have ever out together. The bike is sturdy and makes no noise when pedaling. I look forward to using this addition to my home gym. My only complaint is there were a few cosmetic blemishes/scratches in the paint.

Richard KissickRichard Kissick: The media could not be loaded.  I needed another exercise bike for my workout room, where I found this one, good design and a good price too. I was not dissappointed, this one worked out great. First off, it is made really solid and has some good weight to it. Assembly took me all of 15 minutes and went together easily with the included tools. Secondly, it has so good adjustments where I could set it for the most comfortable ride. The handle goes up and down, the seat does too, however, it also slide forward and back. The resistance knob is so easy to turn and the resistance is so good where feels like I'm going on a really nice up hill ride....just love it. Lastly, It is so easy to tip and roll against the wall when not in use. Making it really nice to have and to hide too. No cons, worked out great for me, where I am very happy with the purchase.
