Leonard Nash: A little goes a long way. The benefits of fenugreek are impressive, and the flavor is mild enough to add to a variety of my personal cooking; soup, oatmeal, sundry other dishes—usually a half-teaspoon per serving. Will buy more when my first bag runs out.

D. Smith: Good product, very fresh and aromatic when powdered in a coffee grinder. Taste is not great but you're not taking this plant medicine for the flavor. The listing says it is a powder but it is most definitely NOT a powder. It's extremely hard little seeds. Good product, mislabeled listing. If you're looking for a powder you'll have to grind the seeds yourself or get a different product.

VR51: The powder tastes slightly bitter and nutty. This fenugreek might be good as a hair rinse or for other herbal uses but it's not good for cooking. It lacks the strong 'maple syrup' smell and taste. The fenugreek flavour and fragrance are lightly detectable just not strongly enough for cooking purposes.
