Capefisherman: Well written with easy to understand recipes based upon the food items you will find at Trader Joe's. We have tried three or four recipes already and each one was a BIG winner based upon the glowing comments received. Could you use other ingredients from other stores? Of course, but there is usually one or more items that are only found at TJ's and those ingredients are most likely the reason the recipes we've tried so far have come out so good! This book would make a great gift to anyone who has access to TJ's and loves to cook!

Calgal39: I bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who loves to cook. She also loves shopping at Trader Joe’s. She tells me she has used a couple of the recipes and has received compliments on them. I am anxious to try what she makes.
