LesleyLesley: The cover had a few scratches/marks on it and indents of the ring binder on the front of the top cover. It is also slightly warped, possibly been in a damp place? On page 113 there is a bit of text missing on the diagram.

The book itself has the feel of a seconds that's not met quality control. Rather disappointing.

I was hoping to be able to photo copy some of the work sheets (hence buying the ring binder version) but it's not easy to do. Is it possible to get pdf versions of the sheets? Other wise this is going to be a pointless exercise buying the book.

kay b.: I love this book, its so simple and easy to use. I wonder though, if a pdf version is available so printable worksheets can be accessed without breaking up the book.

Heather: Great book and I only give 3 stars due to not being able to access the pdf’s like the book says. I went to the website to see if I can print some off instead of from the book and the site came up but wouldn’t let me have an option to see anything. Quite annoying.

888: Very useful workbook bought primarily for my own healing. I would love it if the author reached out to me to obtain the PDF version! I'd like to create a binder of useful self-interventions!

karen holmes: I ordered this book and the worksheets are excellent. They will be extremely useful. I have only given 4 stars as it is very difficult to photocopy despite it being advertised as such. I really had to bend the book to get it to lie as flat as it could. A spiral bound version would be much more helpfu.

Laura from MI: I've done some CBT work in the past, but this book really makes sense to me. I bought it, not my therapist, though he likes it too. One of the best pages I've done so far is tracking how I feel compared with how much I believe I accomplished. Since data is entered in every hour, after a week, I able to see my ups and downs in both feelings and accomplishments. The only place where both traits were high was when I went to a therapy pool. Guess I'll be doing more therapy work than before. I will do a page (I do copy them so my original book is still "like new") and then I take it to my therapist and it gives us a good topic to discuss.

CBT Worksheets: CBT Worksheets for CBT Therapists in Training is a non-fiction occupational, self-help book written by Dr. James Manning and Dr. Nicola Ridgeway. This book provides a compilation of worksheets for use with clients engaged in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition to providing sample forms, the authors discuss how they are used and provide demonstrative samples that address typical issues CBT clients may have. CBT Worksheets begins with a discussion of the importance of diary keeping by clients. While acknowledging that many clients are not particularly enthusiastic about diary keeping, the different types of diary forms illustrate that diaries can extend beyond the traditional concept of diary into cataloging thoughts, feelings, physiological responses, and behavior. Detailed problem lists are shown to have use in helping clients realize and chart the progress they are making as they continue with their therapy. Writing fosters a sense of detachment from one's feelings, the authors argue, which makes it possible for them to view things more dispassionately and gain a sense of self-reflection. Other...
