This works very well in my travel trailer. It is small enough to fit on the counter does excellent job for pancakes or French toast makes 4 pc s of French toast or 4 nice size pancakes you can make 7 silver dollar pancakes in a staggered pattern. Use silicon spatchela and light amount of cooking spray makes for easy cleaning.

I was really excited to find a griddle with this type of cooking area. We tend to cook large weekend breakfasts and most griddles are too small, and narrow, to be really effective.
I ordered two of these (the second a replacement for the first one). The first one showed up and the thermostat connector was cracked. I didn't even plug it in, repacked it and sent it back for an exchange.
The second one showed up, and, low and behold, it was cracked and broken in the exact same spot!! (see Picture). I figured I would try it anyway. We put it together and the first thing my wife said was, "this is not very stable" as it rocked back and forth on the removable handles/stands. Again, figured I would give it a shot anyway. On went the bacon. The closer to the griddle thermostat the better the heat was. I wish I had had a inferred camera as I am sure that the gradient would go from bright red/orange to blue on the other end. It took me forever to get the back on cooked as I would have to essentially cook 4 or 5 strips at a time.

First time using this appliance, and eggs, bacon, and turkey sausage all turned out great. The tray had decent heat coverage. It also heated up very quick. Must try awesome casadias.

This griddle has been used several times since receiving it. So far, it has cooked the way I wanted it to cook. The heating element is even across the griddle. The cleanup is very easy and the copper surface has not darkened. I do use avocado oil to season before use. The only draw back is the size of the griddle and drip pan, in which both are smaller than I am used to. If you are cooking for a lot of people, this would not be the grill for you, but one, two or three would be fine.
