cathy: I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo the fun steps of dealing with overworked nurses and schedulers who sell you doom, gloom and you will have to have chemo and radiation and come see us to demean your health protocols for time everlasting.
I chose to work on my diet and added deep meditations.

This book with reflective words helped me remain on the course of positivity in my cancer experience. Not only did I not go berserk when nurses told me my diet didnt matter nor did my physical fitness I also was able with support from this book to nOT have to have chemo or radiation!

Sheen Y: I have been having an occasional pain in my abdominal area and injured my lower back caused herniated lumber disk. The cause for both of them completely made sense when I read this book. I have been trying to be more conscious about spiritual / mind / chakra aspect of my life which I learned from the book. I am feeling much better since, Both pain has dramatically been subsided. Symbolic meaning of cancer, cysts, other tumors and the location of pain is relating to your entire life habit and history. You can learn so much and give another perspective of your health.

Moonchita: I LOVE this book so hard. Finally, a book about healing that resonates on a level that goes beyond the simple physical and looks at the spiritual and emotional causes of disease. How long will GPs continue to ignore the emotional pain that is often BEHIND the physical manifestation of illness? I had so many A-HA! moments reading this book that I lost count after about the first 10. Having worked in psychiatry myself, I found myself nodding and concurring with many, many points in this book because I too, have noticed the exact SAME patterns in my patients. It is certainly no coincidence in my opinion that so many cancer patients I have come across often have problems asserting themselves and repress their own anger and emotional needs in order to serve others needs and put others first. Please dont get the wrong impression- there is NO sense of blaming anyone here for their illness, but rather, a recognition that we ALL have our own patterns of thinking and behaviour, "emotional scripts", if you will, that are handed to us in childhood and some of those scripts cause us emotional pain. Emotional pain that is not dealt with will eventually, over time, manifest in physical illness....
