Carnage Island: A Rejected Mate's Journey to Find Love in a Standalone Romance

Medallio Green: This is my first time reading a book from this author. Here are my thoughts.

Pros: Very well written! I only saw two minor errors. For a shorterish story, the characters were well thought out. Very well written descriptions of people and places. Good choices of words for descriptors of actions that didn’t take me out of the story and reminded me that they’re beasts underneath.

Cons: Too much explaining after an action. There were also some repetitive sentences that I think were intentional, but overly used.

I definitely recommend this book! 😊

Michele Peed: I think this is the first book I’ve read by this author. Definitely a good read. I think Volt is my favorite. A lot psycho. A lot fun! Really good job giving the male characters a voice with plenty of their own POV chapters. I find I gravitate more to this type of story telling versus 90 percent MFC and 10 percent mates. More balanced. More enjoyable. Now, let’s see what else Ms. Foss has written …

Jamie: I don’t normally read shifter romance. I have read a couple, but not many. I kept seeing Carnage Island pop up on my Facebook and I would just ignore it, but the other day I saw it and thought I would try and read it. I honestly thought I would DNF it. The exact opposite happened. I was honestly hooked at the beginning. I love a great plot in a romance and this book had an amazing plot with a level 3 of spice. I’m going to read more of Lexi Foss books.

Mandy Stump: Loved every second of this book. The characters were amazing. Poor Clove really had a tough life before everything happened. But look at all the good that came out of the bad. She ended up getting 3 alpha's that do anything for her. She was so loved and finally learned some things that she needed to know. She learned the truth about shifters and not the lies she was taught by small weenie a*sholes from her clan.. There was some heavy sexy scenes which I loved. I love me a why choose book. Also I loved each alpha and their differences. Loved this book. Definitely recommend.

Erin: I can say with certainty there wasn’t anything I disliked about Carnage Island - I was expecting a darker read given the title but was pleasantly surprised that the three Alphas were immediately smitten with their little Omega and their only intention was to worship her.

Carnage Island is a very steamy & fun read that had me hooked from the beginning, easily devoured💗🐺

*The first few chapters could definitely be troublesome for some readers as there’s mention of SA*

Heidi: Wow i am in awe of this book i nearly devoured it in one day it is that good.

Just love the way Clove finds her way with her fated mates by her side, their journey not an easy one but it sure was meaningful.

The story and worldbuilding was amazing i loved every moment of it,
The bool starts perfect and it kept the action and sweet tender moments going throughout the book and i loved that.

The writing is easy going and beautiful.

If you between book series and dont know whag to read? Grab this beauty an let it take you on a amazing journey with Clove, Tieran, Volt and Caius.

I love Lexi's books they have a way of drawing you into a story and not let go, and this book is no different its a true page turner!
