火力、時間、燻製は奥が深く、これで十分楽しめてます。

ガスコンロで簡単に作れるので、とても気に入っている様子です。

momo: 初めての燻製、大成功でした。
コンパクトなので、大きめのBBQ台の端に置いて、バーベキューをしながら、使用しました。

出来上がりが心配なだったので、途中フタをスライドさせて中を見られる点は、安心感がありました。

mac naomac nao: 初めて燻製を作りました。
IHを使って室内で作りましたが、煙も少なくしっかり香りがつきました。
味も絶品でした。

残念なことは…
説明書とレシピは英語とフランス語のものだけが入っていました。
日本語のものが入っていなかったので、カスタマーサービスに問い合わせたところ、ショップさんに質問してくださいと言われました。
しかし、なぜかショップさんに問い合わせできないようになっています。
幸い簡単な英語で書かれていたので何とかなりましたが、本当に日本正規品なのでしょうか？

あと蓋に鋭利な部分があって怪我をしそうです。
気をつけていれば大丈夫だとは思いますが。

チーズaf: 使いやすい。家の中でも気軽に使えてシンプル。お手入れもしやすい。勧められて買ったけど、値ごろだし今後も活躍しそう。

Erica: I was excited to try this and was really disappointed by how much it leaked smoked. I tried the 'tweak' they suggested in the user guide for getting the lid to seal tighter but it didn't work- I tried multiple times. I think it's the nature of the design - it needs more 'snap' closure points to really hold the lid in place.
I had to take it off the stove and put it outside because my smoke detectors went off. : (
The smoke flavor it imparted was great- I just left the smoker outside to finish leaking smoke, and when I opened it, the food actually had a pleasant smokiness to it. So the concept is good and I will try it on the gas bar-b-que.
I'm sad it didn't work indoors- that was the point of getting this.

Jen: I bought this for my husband along with varying wood chips. He wanted to smoke some trout and perch he would bring home from fishing. He had just started getting interested in smoked meat. It was too cold to smoke outside. He used this a couple of times and made some excellent smoked trout and perch using this. I decided to give this a whirl, that is when my journey started with smoking fish and meats. Now I only smoke indoors occasionally. I mainly smoke meats outside and this works excellent and have used this just about everytime. We take this camping also.

ChelipepperChelipepper: The media could not be loaded.  This setup is perfect for indoor smoking and this particular version (the "mini") is just right for 1-2 people. I mainly will be using this for seafood and i can fit 2 full size fillets or 3-4 medium salmon steaks or probably 6 jumbo shrimp in this at a time.

The box itself is sturdy and of good quality (stainless steel). The seal for the box is pretty decent with only very minimal escape of smoke. I use binder clips on all 4 corners to make the seal even tighter and i run my stove hood fan) see video)...i could very easily leave off the clips and not run the fan and it would still be fine. (If u find more than a small amount of smoke escaping, u may need to readjust/tighten the seal by pressing down on the closed lid with moderate pressure.. instructions are included in their booklet, which also includes recipes and cooking times) They include a starter size of wood chips, so u can get smoking right out of the box.
If u are on the fence, i strongly suggest u go ahead and invest in this. U cant beat this little guy for the price,!

C. Sanders: I got this because I'm cooking for just myself. I'm impressed y'all. So far so good. I can't wait to try different woods. It only uses a couple TBS and you're smoking great food without the grill.
I do not feel it's as good as my outdoor smoker or grill... So far. At the same time I haven't used different woods yet. Just the one that it comes with hickory. So this might be as good I just don't know yet.

First time I made smoked fat half pound burgers. Easy and so good.
Second time smoked salmon. Easy and fantastic.
Third time chicken breasts. Easy and not that great. I need to tweak the time on the stove.
Only downside is the clean up. It's not all bad but I have arthritis and scrubbing that much for me sux.

So if you're thinking about getting one do it. It's mostly great! Think about buying their biggest one.

Fox: I've had the mini-smoker for about 3 months now and it is awesome. All the reviewers here have said the same things: Food tastes great, sturdy design, etc. Since its just myself and my husband I couldnt think of a reason to buy the large one, so I opted for the mini smoker. I've smoked a few different types of meats: Beef Back ribs, Chicken (legs and breasts), Shrimp, Salmon. I have found though that the mini is too small, even for average sized portions for 2 people. I put 3 chicken legs in the smoker and they all fit but only 1 of the legs cooked all the way through. I have found that covering the top of the smoker with heavy duty aluminum foil will work, but you really do have to move your food around a bit once its in there.
There are so many things I yearn to smoke in there, but they just wouldnt fit in the mini smoker: Whole chickens, more than 3 chicken legs, regular sized ribs.

My Observations:
The design is sturdy and will keep the smoke inside the smoker, I dont know what these other reviewers were doing when smoke filled their entire house. Their houses must be the size of a closet or they neglected to slide the cover over the smoker at all.
