Gio Garcia: First time buying this creatine since it was cheap for the servings. $21 for 100 servings is the best deal i have ever seen. And it literally works. If you are still spending $50 for 30 servings of creatine from your go to brands STOP!! This is literally unflavored creatine powder. Like you can mix it in plain water and you wont even taste NOTHING AT ALL. Sure it makes the water cloudy but there is literally no taste, no bitterness no chemical flavors no nothing. My bench went from 195lbs for 1 rep to 225 for 3 reps in about less than a month. Mind you i do have previous lifting experience and 225 for 5 was my max prior to covid shutting down gyms and i stopped lifting for a few years until now. But before the creatine 195 would feel so heavy and i wasnt moving up for months after getting back into it. Until about a week after my loading phase i hit 225 for 1 and 3rd week for 2 and 4th week for 3! If you want flavor you can mix it with your favorite juices or other supplements and it wont change the taste at all!

chase: I love the value of this product, SO much creatine at a really great price point. I don’t know if others had an issue with this, but the seal on my bag basically broke/lost its ability to truly seal the 2nd time I opened it. No worries, I keep some in a glass container on the kitchen counter and the rest in the bag with a chip clip in the cupboard. I do wish the bag came with its own scooper for convenience but for the price you can’t beat it.
I have used pricier creatine capsules before this and honestly haven’t noticed any difference in effect/quality since using this product.
I will say, not matter how much mixing (and even when mixing in a blender) there will be a little bit of gritty-ness at the bottom of the glass. It doesn’t bother me much but it’s just something to be aware of. I usually use 8 oz of water to consume it and it truly is flavorless.

Joseph LeDux: Yep, you get exactly what's on the outside of the package. This stuff has no flavor and can be swallowed with any liquid you prefer, from coffee to Coke to fruit juice (I down mine with lemonade). It almost completely dissolves and leaves very little grittiness behind, and practically none still in the bottom of the glass when you've emptied it. Having said that, mine is occasionally a bit gritty but that's because neither the (lack of) flavor nor the texture bother me at all, and I usually only give the mixture a quick stir and then guzzle it down. If I were to give it say another fifteen or twenty seconds of stirring, then yes, the stuff almost completely dissolves.

And of all the supplements you can spend your money on, including bogus junk like amino-acid concoctions and energy drinks and super-duper high tech protein mixtures, there's only one supplement absolutely proven in multiple tests and clinical trials to both increase muscle size, and with it both strength and endurance. The ONLY one. If you haven't tried it, and you do any kind of intense exercise, you have a real surprise waiting for you.
