Itsjustal3x: This is my new favorite item. Works great for lower back pain or period cramps. I love that it’s not plugged up to a wall so I can still walk around and do all the things I need to. It stays charged for about 3 uses for me. I would suggest wearing it over a shirt if you use it on the higher 2 settings so you don’t burn yourself.

Danielle: I get extremely painful cramps and the only thing that helps is a heating pad. I wanted something that I could have under my clothes and wouldn’t be trapped in one spot by a cord, and this works great! It gets very hot which is perfect for me.
The only thing that isn’t great is it has a short battery life (I have it on maximum which could be why) it usually lasts about 30 minutes. The belt is also not very big, it’s a tight fit.

Dayna: Let’s talk about this product. There are a lot of pros and cons when it come to this. Firstly, design, the design is pretty much perfect. It’s very thin and discreet barring the charger box which can definitely show with tighter clothing. The straps are adjustable velcro with a very nice and soft fabric on the side that’ll come in contact with your skin. They even include and extra strap for those who need a larger size. If it weren’t for the heat i wouldn’t have noticed it was even on me, that’s how comfortable it was. As for the heat it’s a different story, i kept it on for around 3-4 hours with a 30 minute break in between at the lowest setting (the blue). While it was comfortable while it was on me once it was off i noticed it slightly burned my abdomen. I wouldn’t be surprised if this product cause minor to moderate erythema ab igne (scarring from continuous heating to skin). I’ve slept all night with heating blankets on the highest setting without issue like this. If you plan on using it more than 30 minutes on the lowest setting wear it over a piece of clothing. If you still need to be discreet you put it over a tank top then place your shirt of choice...

Eden: The product is fine but it came without the battery. I can’t get ahold of the seller the only option is to return the item but I would prefer to just get a replacement battery sent.

Jessica: I have VERY terrible period cramps and would always take Advil or ibuprofen and lay in bed for hours UNTIL I got this. Heat settings are great I love that I can wear it out or around my house. The only downside is the battery doesn't last that long I always have to charge it after a couple of hours, or it dies on me. Overall, I love this product I rarely take Advil anymore this is honestly one of the best purchases I have made from amazon.

Teresa: I know most of the reviews for this product are from women who are using it to get relief from menstrual cramps. I however am way past that stage in my life. I'm at the stage where I need it on the other side of my body.. I bought this this to relieve back pain. I work a 10 hour shift in a 36ﾟ environment. It's a 30 minute drive home and by the time I do get home I get out of the car and walk like I'm 96 years old because my back has locked up as locked up. I put this on when I get in the car and by the time I get home my back is fine here. The heat really helps to relax those muscles in my lower back. Not quite sure how long The battery will last because it's only a 30 minute drive home. I anticipate that I might have to use this at work throughout the night drop the night if I'm having a really bad dadd night with pain and it'll be nice because it'll keep me warm at the same time.
It's very soft and comes with an extension to the belt. So far the only problem I see is where the battery goes. There there's a compartment on apartment on the main part of the device that the battery will slide into. But there is no way to fasten it in there and air and that's where the heating...
