Margaret Durham: This rain shower set was exactly what I needed for my newly remodeled bathroom. I can't speak for the installation as my plumber did the work. However, after a year, I realized my cold water was barely running. I went to the SunCleanse website, and through a chat with their customer service, we determined the problem was a faulty cartridge. They agreed to send me a new one at no cost. I didn't try to install it myself, but the plumber saw the part, and knew exactly how to fix it. He was done in about 10 minutes. I'm hopeful I won't have anymore issues, but it's good to know the customer service folks at SunCleanse are there to help.

jcabajcaba: We bought this for our bathroom remodel. Even though we had issues connecting our handheld wand, we reached out to the company for advice. Our wall plumbing was in too deep and the company advised on a part to buy to extend it enough to get the handheld connected. So customer service was very helpful as well! I am absolutely in love with the system. Hopefully it lasts for many years.
