Milad AL HELOU: We bought the brita tap water filter because we had a chlroine after taste in our tap water especially morning time. The filter is small, which does not reduce the space available in the sink for other dishes. Very easy to instal on any type of faucet. The water tastes great after the filtering process. You just need to be careful to always switch to cold water before filtering. The only downside of this water filter is the button at the side of the filter to eject the filter cartridge. The button can be pressed un-intentionnaly which will, if the water is running, push the cartridge out and have water splashing everywhere. Just be carefull around that button and everything will work great.

SAM MATHEW: The sensor light was not on. They gave me a replacement and I returned my original order. I appreciate their quick response, even though the light is not seen in the second one either when the water flows. Maybe that's how it is. No more complaints. Stefanie: I have purchased two of these in the last two years. The first one started leaking about a year after purchase. When I tried to remove it from the faucet it broke and I had to have my landlord remove the piece that screws on to the faucet. Yesterday the new one started leaking around the faucet so I tightened it with my hand and it broke in the same place as the one I replaced and I can't get the broken piece off of the faucet again even with a wrench. This one was purchased 9 months ago. I carefully followed the installation and care instructions.

Benton Broken: Easy to install, includes some various screw-on parts and a few washers for most types of faucets. Now, one problem I've been seeing people here have is leaking around where it connects to the faucet; it's looking to me like they think they are supposed to screw it tight until it stops. THIS IS PLUMBING, YOU NEVER DO THAT WITH RUBBER WASHERS. You only screw it on until it's relatively firm, use your common sense. If you do it right there will be no problem, like mine. Also, this is just plastic, do not force anything too hard obviously or it will break.

I don't know what the problem may have been with the filters I also saw some people have. It seems to be if they removed the filter, when they put it back in they didn't push it back in firmly until it makes a small pop/tick sound. That's it. There isn't anything hard about it. Also, as one guy pointed out in a video here for another product, it's a good idea to set the filter on when you first go to use the water, and let it run for 5 minutes. So that if there is any weird flavor in the filter, that will probably help remove it before you use it.

Wendy: I'm SO glad I bought this Brita Faucet filter! What a convenience! Just twist the little (sturdy) dial, and you great tasting fresh water. My first filter I changed after
about 3 months, but I don't think I needed to. The light never came on, but it wasn't green when it should have been, so I didn't want to take any chances. This time I marked my calendar for 4 months, and it probably won't need it then either. It's just me and my small dog.
The filters are very inexpensive, especially considering they last at least 4 months. And that's using them for dog water, ice cubes, coffee, watering plants, and drinking water. I had an RO system the last place I lived, and it was more trouble than the Brita. You had to get under the sink and pull out the I can not state it simpler than the title of this review. This coffee is GREAT. I am single and making a pot of coffee or even a half pot of coffee most times results in stale coffee left in the pot that gets thrown out. Talk about waste. So at home, making coffee in a conventional drip maker is really not economical for a single person.
