Tiffany: The product seems good. My biggest issue is when it arrives and I tried removing it from the container the small ziptie keeping it in the bag pulled off and spilled some of it on the ground. I managed to get most back in bag. I then tied a knot in bag and wrapped with string.

MarcosMarcos: Been using this product for my 180 gallon Reef tank for over two years now and it has changed my tank in the best way by eliminating algae growth on my sand and acrylic. In addition, my water is crystal clear! I stopped using all other products and place this bag next to the protein skimmer return port. I change it out every three to four months. Expensive but saves time using other methods and it works!

michael r.: this will be the best filter media you will ever use. I run a 125g african cichlid community tank and one of these keeps the water looking crystal clear. every time i do canister filter maintenance all i do is replace my foam pads and then rinse the chemi-pure pouch out in some tank water and its good to go again. I've been using this product for the last 4 years in my tank and I typically get 6-8 months use before I start seeing a diminish in water quality. that is a much better value than having to replace carbon media every month. chemi-pure is a superior product with superior results.
