Katy: Very clean and easy to use -- and saves the time from grinding almonds in the machine. It is a fine grain and easy to switch out in recipes calling for all-purpose flour. S. Tilghman Hawthorne: This is a great almond flour. Very fine and an excellent replacement for wheat flour. And this is a nice big package! My husband and I love to cook and we follow a Ketogenic Lifestyle (low carb, adequate protein, high fat). In fact, I run a couple of groups on fb that teach how to follow this lifestyle. LadybytheLake: Made some Almond cookies over the holidays and they were great. I used just a touch of honey as a sweetener and only a couple teaspoons of flower so definitely low carb. They could have been sweeter but they were still really good. So if you're watching your carbs - try the almond flour for baking.

A: I use almond flour in place of bread crumbs for pretty much everything I would normally put bread crumbs in. I rarely bake, but I have used this in cookies and bars, and they turned out pretty well (for my cooking, lol).

Bob's Red Mill's quality is very reliable. I've been using their products for years - never an issue.
