tb: If you stand all day, have swelling or pain this device will help. I have poor circulation and stand for 10+ hours on concrete so things hurt. This helps give a gentle massage for the pain. Gets blood moving again and even has heat if your feet are chilly all the time. The Velcro is super strong to the point it’s not really easy to get off after. I will usually slip out of it a bit then hold both sides to release the Velcro. The controller is really easy to use. I highly recommend and I was happy to see it was from someone who I follow on YouTube and really enjoy their advice on all things physical therapy!

StinkerBell: I've only used this about 3 times so far. It does work for me for reducing swelling and discomfort. I have one leg that has a varicose vein up behind my knee that's just getting worse over the years. My calf and foot end up swelling up soon after waking up. Not terribly bad like I've seen on some, but enough for me to notice it and I"m starting to get slight pain and discoloration on my leg from it. My dr. told me to "just wear compression socks/pants". Well, that's fine in the winter....

For size reference, the largest part of my calf is about 14 inches, and my thigh just above my knee about 15 inches, my foot a 9 1/2 womens/8 mens. This fits me fine, and I do feel it when they're on, it is working. I do have to pull the velcro a little tighter, kind of like my leg size would be around the bare minimum for it to work. Definitely slide your hand in to make sure you leave some room though, otherwise I can see it being too tight and uncomfortable for some.
As others said, this isn't a massage, it's compression. Think like several giant blood pressure cuffs on your leg. It squeezes at the foot, slightly releases, but still keeps some of that...

AliM: I have been using my Bob and Brad compression leg massager daily for several days and it is wonderful! I have peripheral vein disease and had ablations on both legs years ago. However, I still get pain and swelling in my feet and ankles and heaviness in my calves and thighs at the end of some days. When I lie down, I can have pain in my feet for quite a while as the circulation restores. The gentle heat and massage of this unit feels amazing, and I have had zero pain when I lie down after using this massager in the evening. I bought mine at Black Friday prices, and fully expected inexpensive quality. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality is excellent and of what I would consider professional grade materials. Unless something mechanical fails, I expect years of service from the quality. It is easy to put on and simple to use. The velcro is quite secure and accommodates a wide range of sizes. However, the remote is substantial in size and weight and is connected by a very short tether. The electrical cord is also short. It will not reach from my couch to the outlet right behind it without an extension cord. Those with balance issues, difficulty...

Broken: Good compression massager.

This is a decent massager and a quality built item.
It feels solid and not cheap in any manner.
The power of the compression is strong - it's variable but I was uncertain if it would be strong enough, which it is.

The "modes" are all good with being able to focus on a single region or do a full leg massage.
That was important to me as I want full control and focus on where I want worked on.

Fitting of the pieces is as good as can be. Adjustable hook and loop (velcro) let's it adjust to different size bodies.
I'm fairly slender and it got nice and tight. My wife is heavier and it fit her as well.

I think the compression is really good for circulation. It is very relaxing and feels comforting.
I wasn't expecting it to be a replacement for a good physical massage or roller on your legs, so as long as you don't expect that you won't be disappointed.
I didn't have any swelling in my legs or feet but I can see this as a good solution for that.

The biggest hang up with the product is that it just isn't very convenient.
