DeeDee: The end piece with the pick in it fell out the first time I went somewhere. I had it clipped to my cell phone case/wallet, and we went to town. Stopped at a restaurant and partner noticed the end piece was missing. Disappointed.

Yeah, you gotta pay attention and probably not use while you doing something like driving….. but when you finished a meal and an hour later you find this little nugget in between a tooth and gums while you’re at the movies….. reach in your pocket… twist, twist, ahhhhh……

FUnicorn: I wasn’t expecting top-of-the-line quality out of these. For the price, they’re great for all the things you’d use them for. Hell of a point on them! Yes, I’ve used them as toothpicks and yes, I’ve stabbed myself a few times on accident using them. I even used them as throwing weapons. They stick real easily but also bend easily. I’d you’re wanting higher quality, go with the titanium versions for a bit more money. Nuff’ said.

Teresa D. Lee: Got it to clean my ear buds. Keeping it for the occasional meat strings. There were two in the shipment so that's one for each task. Need to sterilize. There are some plastic looking bits around the screw on part so i'm afraid to heat it. I guess sticking plastic part out of a bain marie might be the way to go? Or mouthwash? Also, it's very sharp. Frighteningly so. Not for children.

Tango Bravo: 2 Pieces Portable Titanium Toothpicks Pocket Toothpick.
Shipped via Amazon quickly and no issues. Each toothpick is packed with a small ring to for putting it on a key chain. There are also two additional o-rings per unit. All the pieces come in their own little zip lock bags.
Reading some of the reviews, I was concerned that it would come apart and get lost as others have mentioned. I decided to carry mine on lanyard around my neck instead of a key chain. I am also very careful about making sure that it is screwed back nice and snug after use. So far so good.
As other reviews have pointed out the business end of these are sharp. I think that is a plus.
