Teri Howells: The light timers were easy to install and now I have outside lights that turn on and off automatically every day whether we are home or not.
You can select dusk to dawn or program what time you want them to turn on and what rime to turn off. I like the lights to turn off at midnight.

Dave: Replaced older model, non BN-Link. All wiring matched up perfectly. Unlike my original, this is SO much easier to program and it does NOT appear to lose the settings upon a power outage Being able to set all 7 days, to the same time, in a single programming function makes this product rise above others. (Of course one can set different times for different days, but I did not have the need to do so,)

Frank Ruspoli: These timers work as expected, and there are options for setting one program to repeat 7 days a week. You can set individual daily programs, Monday thru Friday, Sat-Sunday, or every day of the week. There were 5 12-gauge wires coming into a two-switch box, so shoving the wires back in and making room for the new switch was challenging. It was much easier to install a switch in a 4-switch box. My house already used the rectangular switches and covers, and the 2-switch and 4-switch cover plates fit the new timer perfectly. I only programmed one function, and that was for outside lights to come on and go off the same time every day. The backlit goes off in 5 seconds, and there doesn't seem to be an option for leaving it actively lit. The push button control cover will allow the switch to function as a normal on/off switch as an override to programming.

will: It is not so difficult to install if you find these neutral wire and ground wire in you switch box. Manual does not say how to switch program ( 18 programs allowed). I am not sure that Auto mode will run all programs one by one.

bmw_rider: This is a versatile, feature-rich device that works well and is relatively easy for the typical homeowner to install. I am not an Electrician, however I understand simple electrical wiring, wiring color concepts and can follow instructions safely. Following provided instructions are the key element here. They even have a video to help as well!

In many cases, replacing like-for-like switches is very easy. Just mirror the wiring from old switch to new. This is much different however as you need a constant source of power to this device, and you will need to pay particular attention if wiring in a 3-way or 4-way circuit to determine whether you are wiring at the SUPPLY box or LOAD box. Wiring will be different, and the instructions illustrate the wiring color sequences and different configuration requirements for where this device falls into the circuit. This is very important.

If these comments causes one to break a sweat then the safest recommendation is hire an Electrician to install.

Colo. Reed: The instructions for installing the timer on the load-side of a 3-way circuit are poor. Right off the bat, the diagram showing the jumper on the line-side switch is misleading. And the text is so non-sensical that it isn't helpful. I watched a YouTube video of a different manufacturer's product as a guide to getting the switch installed and working. However, the switch is easy to program, the buttons are intuitive, and the display is easy to read.

Doug Fitzs: It arrived on time. I installed it and it works fine. Instructions on how to set it up were good. The only small small glitch was because it came with 5 wires, including one for a 3-way switch, so, for me, with a regular switch, the first thing is to put a Mar connector on that one. But that still left me with 4 wires. I'm not an electrician but have installed lots of regular switches and light fixtures, so i was able to figure it out.

En fin como les comenté es muy buen producto , fácil programación y espectacular función de su batería interna ya que aunque se valla la luz sigues teniendo tu reloj activo para ver la hora y nunca se desprograma...

Nota: Yo tuve que hacer instalación nueva con cables directos a un paso de contacto Neutro y face ya que originalmente estaba mal mi instalación.
