Mustafa: Usb didn’t work for my PS4 or PS5 and DualShock 4 controller but I had to download DS4Windows software in order to be able to use the controller, and it seems to work.

JE: I have used this dongle on three different PCs with multiple devices and my experience has been different each time. I expected plug ang play since I was using Windows 10. For the laptops, I still needed to install the driver. I received the link via email which was in a private google drive. (I was a bit skeptical due to cyber security concern) When I installed it on desktop, it wasn't a plug and play as expected. So I Installed the same driver (I was surprised I was able to find this file I used once 4 years ago), but it still wouldn't connect which was frustrating. Then I uninstalled the driver and plugged again. Surprise! It was a "Plug and Play", but why didn't it work the first time? In conclusion, device works, but you may need to have the patience to get it working.
