mandie dubose: It works great for any stains, even old ones we couldn't get out the carpet. The only downside is it comes out in a stream instead of a spread out spray. You can only use it for about 4 decent sized stains before it runs out. I also used a spot cleaner vacuum with it.

Mercedes: If you spill red wine on a white rug, and let it sit for an unbelievable amount of time, for whatever reason. Buy this. You will not be dissapointed. I let the product sit for longer than a minute, I did get it good and wet, don't be afraid to scrub a little with a rag after letting it sit for at least five minutes, and then even use hot water on a rag and scrub again. Repeat these steps twice if you need to. Your rug, with the worse stain in the world, will be brand new once again. This is a miracle in a bottle. Thank God!! Is all I can say!
