Jan K: I like this product very much, does what it is supposed to. This was supposedly a refurbished item. I have purchased refurbished items in the past without any problems, this however, was extremely filthy and gross when I opened the box!!!! I had to clean it up before I could try it out. Dirty water tank had all kind of dried crud and hair in it, the brush was dirty etc. In addition, the rinse cup was missing! Obviously, someone in the department that is supposed to clean these returned items and check that all the parts are there DID NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!!

Kim H.: Worked great and even got rid of the smell in the fur babies bedroom. I have all hard floors throughout my house. It vacuumed and mopped all at once. I vacuum then mopped without changing tools. I would definitely recommend this one.

MeghanMeghan: Amazon doesn’t take its renewal process of products very seriously. I quite literally just pulled the box in excited to try out this product and there’s a heap of someone else’s dust and hair in the filter The actual bin itself is dusty and disgusting and the water tank is wet
🤢🤢🤢. You’d think, for the price, the renewed item would actually be clean! There’s a sticker on the box that said someone inspected it, but whoever that was has no pride in their work. Can’t say anything about the product itself because I’m returning for the actual new model. I wish I had better things to say because I was SO excited to get to use this today, but come on, the pictures speak for themselves!
