Renee Eagan: I purchased two of these in October 2021 and been using one of the vacuums five minutes a day. Last week I noticed the power cutting in and out. The cord coming out of the handle shorted out and when I move it back and forth the vacuum would turn on! I took the handle apart and cut open the wire and one of the wires had only five strands of copper. Are You Kidding!! The cord looks very heavy duty however, the wire inside is way under gaged junk! I called Bissell talked to Amanda she said they would send me out a remanufactured vacuum basically a used vacuum! Or they would send me the cord to install it myself. The quality of the new cord is the same as what the vacuum has in it already. Stay Away From This Product!!!! And it is basically a crappy made Oreck. Bissell said we only sell them, we don't know who the vendor's are who makes this wire!

Herman: The absolute, worst! Extremely loud! Grabs instead of gliding on low nap carpeting! Clogs easily.

Penny Jeffries: Yes it is light weight, but you can’t control anything on it. As it’s set so low toThe floor makes it so hard to push it across the floor.
Since I don’t still have the box it came in so I could mail it back. I’m going to put in on lett it go on line.
