Vaninja: I love the Bissel brand. I ordered this a few months ago and it didn’t have any of the attachments in the box so I ended up buying another one outside of where I’m writing this.
I will absolutely give this shampooer 5 stars. this carpet cleaner is all you could want when it comes to a clean living space floors. This design is neat and reminds me of the green Machine on steroids! The washing tank and motor lift up and away from the wheeled truck

Elizabeth A. Young: I knew this had some steps that involve a Phillips screwdriver, but quick steps and not too complicated. However, the instructions with the unit don't perfectly match the unit itself, and are not in the best order. Definitely need to review everything before starting. Not surprisingly, any real spots or marks need to be pretreated before you clean. Just because it talks about deep cleaning doesn't really apply. Having said all that, the unit was much easier to use than I expected, especially for stairs, but also for overall filling and emptying water. Did a decent job on pretty filthy carpet. Takes time to clean off and put away, especially if you use both the stair and the carpet features. Put a dry towel or rag beneath the unit when you are done. Much easier than a rental carpet cleaner and at least as good.

ConnorConnor: The Carpet Cleaner worked fantastic! After having a roommate with an untrained puppy staying at my house for about 6 months, it left many stains on the white carpet. I received the Carpet Cleaner and saw that the foot pedal snapped off prior arrival to my house. I did not want to go through the inconvenience of returning an item of that size and figured I would just have to deal with the minor inconvenience of manually pulling the pedal each time I need to use the machine. I got right to work and I think the pictures say it all!! It took quite a few trips to refill and empty the machine, but was well worth it. I just hope you get one with a foot pedal.

Josh B.: I was stuck between this one and the recently famous green bissell carpet cleaner. We settled on this one because we have a few large rugs (mostly hardwood throughout), but we also wanted something we could clean the couch and our cars' seats too. This cleaner solved all of the above! It was fairly easy to put together and use. Be aware it does use a good bit of cleaner when using. We bought a couple jugs of cleaning solution along with the cleaner itself. We've used it several times now, and the clean water/solution jug and the dirty water jug come off for quick filling/emptying. This makes it super easy to use. The main feature is being able to remove the large base and use the cleaner in smaller areas. When doing this, it does NOT heat the water. The heating feature is in the base. That being said, it still cleaned the couch very well! All in all, it's been a worthwhile purchase for us! We're able to spot clean messes from cats and kids quickly and easily, along with deep cleaning the carpets/rugs routinely.

Canadian Nana: This is the 3rd one I have bought over the past 10 years. Pets & grandchildren have given these machines a constant workout & they do the job. This one is being used as a gift to stop my son from constantly borrowing mine. The lift off gives you the best of both worlds for cleaning furniture & vehicles or just that quick spot clean
