Model Laura M Corbin: Honestly these were just okay. They do cook quickly and evenly in the microwave so in that sense they're better than canned and less messy but I think canned ones taste better and of course fresh ones taste the best but canned or frozen (like these) are way easier and quicker to cook with less clean up. Good if you're in a hurry but probably don't add a lot of nutritional value.

Lillian Ammann (Lillie): These are a convenient and tasty way to add vegetables to meals. Just a few minutes in the microwave, and I have a healthy side dish. They're a small enough package I can make two or three meals and not have to eat the same thing for many days.
