Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I have NEVER had to write a negative review on anything but this item is so bad I truly wish I could leave this review with zero stars. The Pool arrived three weeks late from the expected time frame. We did all the work to level the ground and set up the Pool and within just a few days the Pool became green and we noticed the filter wasn’t working AT ALL. Upon draining the Pool to remove all the filth, we noticed grass at the bottom of the Pool, once fully drained we saw that the grass grew thru the provided ground cover as well as the actual pool, in just a week! I’ve been trying to contact amazon and the seller for two weeks now to get a refund on this costly “pool”, that won’t even retain water at this point and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. I very disappointed at this product and very upset that ive been unable to return or receive a refund for this horrible item. I have videos and photo evidence and still nothing.

StaceyStacey: Had a great season with this pool. I'd definitely say well worth the money spent. People complaining about the box it came in... the box it came in was shabby but the pool itself was fine. My kids loved it and it was a fairly easy setup/take down. The only thing I would suggest is that the pump is meant for only 680 gallons of water and the pool itself holds over 6000 gallons of water. I had to buy a different pump that was more suitable for the pool. We used a sand filter and we also bought a skimmer and net to clean the pool. We can't wait to use the pool again next season!
